2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. butter
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. milk
1 - 2 tsp. vanilla
Grease a 9X13 pan with butter. Combine all ingredients except for the vanilla in a pot. Cook until 246 degrees on a candy thermometer or soft ball stage. This will take some time but the last 10 degrees or so goes very fast. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into your greased pan. Cool and cut into pieces. Cut parchment paper into wrappers and wrap.
