6 t. chicken boullion
2 lg. potatoes
2 lg. carrots
1 medium
1 stalk celery
1/2 bunch broccoli
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 lb. Velveeta cubed
Add 1 quart water adn chicken boullion to chopped vegetables. Cook until tender. In meantime, melt butter and add flour to make paste. Slowly add 1 quart water to veggies mixture. Stir in Velveeta, allow to melt stirring periodically.
