6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 (14oz) cans of chicken broth
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. of chopped onion
3 Tbs. minced garlic
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. cummin
3 cans Great Northern beans
Cayanne to taste
1 can chopped green chilis
16 oz. of sour cream
2 c.shredded Jack cheese
Sautee chopped onion in a small amount of butter. Add the garlic, chicken broth, diced chicken, soup, chillis and spices. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes. Add beans, sour cream and mix well. Add the shredded cheese right before serving or save cheese for a garnish.
