1 yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
1 beaten egg
1 c. butter
Mix and spread in a greased 9X13 pan
In a separate bowl mix:
1 can pumpkin pie filling
2 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Pour over cake mix in pan
In a separate bowl:
1 c. cake mix (reserved amount)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cubed butter
Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over the top of the pumpkin cake
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve hot or cool with whipped cream on top.
