Pavlova

4 egg whites
dash of salt
1 cup superfine sugar
1 t. vinegar

Whip the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar a tablespoon or two at a time. After sugar is combined add the vinegar and salt. Cook in a greased tart pan (bigger than a 9" pie plate). Cook at 300 for 55 minutes.
