Henry's Secret Marinade

1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. Dijion mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Whisk all the ingredients together and pour over steak. Add enough cool water so the steak is cpomletely submerged. Cover and refridgerate for at least an hour.
